I was lucky my husband was able to install the floors himself (I was the one laying or “designing” which board comes first, etc…. 🙂 ). Also the fact that these come in random widths (4”, 6” and 8”) makes it so much faster to install! Also, pretty much all boards were in excellent condition!! We ended up with a lot of left over since not a lot of the boards were bad boards (now with the left overs we are going to do our upstairs hallway…. total sqft installation? 1,800!!!! I would highly recommend Hallmark and specially the Monterey Ranchero to anyone!!!!!!!! ”
